Było mi niezwykle miło jako przedstawicielowi Fundacji Ars zorganizować i poprowadzić w dniu 26.10.2016 r. konferencję I Dzień Kariery w Lelewelu. Wydarzenie odbyło się dzięki wsparciu Grupy Pracuj oraz dzięki otwartości na inicjatywę ze strony Pani Dyrektor Aleksandry Warkockiej. Młodzież ucząca się w ZS im. J. Lelewela w Poznaniu miała okazję spotkać się z przedstawicielami branży drukarskiej oraz organizacji pozarządowych działających na rzecz promocji wolontariatu.Wydarzenie otworzyła kierownik szkolenia praktycznego Pani Hanna Dworzyńska. O swoich firmach, możliwościach praktyk i pracy opowiedzieli: Pan Andrzej Saenger, Prezes Zarządu firmy Paw Druk Sp. z o.o., Pan Szymon Oszczudłowski, Asystent Prezesa Zarządu w firmie BSC Drukarnia Opakowań S.A. oraz Pan Paweł Niedzielski, Marketing Manager w firmie Labo Print S.A. Eksperci z Grupy Pracuj: Pani Marta Bartkowiak i Pan Krzysztof Pieczyński przedstawili młodzieży informacje przybliżające tematykę procesu rekrutacji oraz zasady budowania wizerunku osobistego w social media. Gościem specjalnym była Pani Małgorzata Wower, Vice Prezes w Stowarzyszenia Ambitio, która opowiedziała o doświadczeniach, wyzwaniach i zabawie, jakie młodym ludziom daje udział w wolontariacie. Spotkanie oraz panel dyskusyjny prowadziła Pani Edyta Piątek Prezes Zarządu Fundacji ARS, będącej organizatorem wydarzenia.
Dziękuję uczniom i nauczycielom za stworzenie fantastycznej atmosfery podczas konferencji!
